It is normal to
lose about 50-100 hairs every day, everyone loses hair. A dramatic hair loss,
visible bald patches and hair thinning is troublesome for this is the first
signs of alopecia or balding. Both men and women are often strike like a bolt
from the blue. There are many causes of hair loss and a common complaint for
women is there menopausal stage. It tends to be more noticeable in women who
have been through the menopause (when a woman's periods stop at around age 52),
perhaps because they have fewer female hormones. Fortunately, most causes of
hair loss can be stopped or treated.
Read over the following information for more information about
effectively stopping hair loss in menopause.
Not
everyone know that onions can play a big role in preventing hair loss. There
has been a lot of claims from people that hair grows back from your scalp if
you have use onion juice and apply it to the thinning part of the scalp. But
check that you don’t use a blender, as it destroys the parts that you wanted.
Instead use a grater. Grate an onion and strain using a spoon. Pressed the
rounded face part and mush it and push to get the juice out. If you can’t stand
the smell, then go over it and add tons of lemon or rose water, and even
oranges to help remove the onion smell. Do note that onions will give you an
onion dandruff effect, but to avoid this, you can have castor, coconuts, olive
oils and nuts and almonds, these helps avoid it. A teaspoon each for 1 big
onion will do the trick.
Honey and onion
is also widely used by people who are losing hair. This mixture can be taken
well orally, and by them going together it means your body can easily absorb
what it needs without hassle. If you are not doing the hair rinse daily, try to
incorporate onion into your diet at least once a day. This will be very helpful
for you to ease out on the bad smell of onions on your head while you absorb
the nutrients that you need for hair growth daily.
Onion works, but
like all natural products, it may take a while for it to take effect, and may
not happen overnight and for 2 weeks. The average turnaround from onions is
about a month when you can see the results. Small thin hairs will grow. Then
followed by other patches of hair. It’s not a quick fix, but it’s natural, so the
side effects is minimal. If you look at it. The most it can do to you is have
you with a nasty smelling body odor from onion.
Just don’t get
frustrated and ease on your hair massage, especially when you apply natural
products. Too much forceful massage will make hair loss worst because it
effects the roots and the scalp.
Don’t stress,
stick to the plan of onions and other oils that are natural and expect to see
good results by the end of the month.
